i guess walking 6k in steps at 3am makes u loose 2 pounds :) really need to start walkin everyday. i discovered my average is 2k which is not alot! i need to try to hit 4k every day then aim for 6k.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
