A few little snacks to satisfy munchies and Michelob Ultras (3) with husband...but I really wanted an apple...so I ate it! I'm still in ketosis, but picked up 2 lbs somehow. Not going to worry about it. Strange how our systems 'freak out' when we give them something they aren't used to. Guess it is always best to put 'premium' in our 'tanks'! Have a GREAT week everyone!
