so after a lazy couple of weeks, i'm going to jumpstart my body back into weight loss mode with a little carb restriction. I've realized that i've been getting very little protien, and tons of carbs and fat. Definitley not ideal.
I'm hoping that going thru phase 1 of South Beach will kill my sweets cravings and keep me away from all of the Christmas treats that will inevitably be floating around the office from now till new years. I let go a little for Thanksgiving, but i need to get back on track and stay on track. Luckily i didnt gain any weight.
Today is day 1 of carb restriction, wish me luck!
