I've reached my goal 🥳🥳🥳! I should say that from now on I don't mind a couple of kg more or couple of kg less as far as I feel good!
My next objective is to maintain and to build some muscles.....any tips from the most experienced FS members (and the less experienced as well)??💪👍💪
56.7 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Anne is right re form. Very important. Or come to Zumba toning. They use light weights high reps & Letty gives you posture & form demos & reminders. I use cans of tomatoes as I don't have light weights at home. Thursdays at 2pm uk time with LettyG. It's fun. 💪😉...

Thanks Red and Anne for the tips, total body workouts are my favorite at the moment but I like to change otherwise I get bored 😅 I understand this is now crucial for my development and to keep an healthy life style. Anne to get a PT is a really good idea👍 🤔and as well to keep doing bodyweight workouts including all body parts (I just would like to add some light weights to it, so far I don't...) Red zumba sounds like really fun 🙂🙃, I should join some Thursdays but I found it difficult at 2:00PM.....let's see 😉

You have done great Claudia. I am so happy for you. It is good to change your workouts to avoid boredom. It also helps avoid repetitive strain injuries and keeps the body challenged and responsive. Guys, how do you actually join the Zumba?

Thanks Elisabeth, I want to try one time off as Nutricali said and see if I can join more the Letty's zumba however It's really challenging time, how long does it last Red? Now working from home I can make it possible I need to see 🤔🤔🤔 Yes Anne there is an interesting world 🌍 in the FS community on the other side of the ocean 🌊🌊🌊!! Love the global side of it 🌍😉🌏
