Just ended my first 40 hr fast. Broke it with a keto chocolate avacado protein shake. I feel like I could have went longer, I want to ease into fasting for extended times. I feel amazing. I wasnt necessarily hungry, but drank the shake anyways. Now for a few days of eating my normal keto foods, then on to a 45 hr fast. 😊
