Going to have to watch the salt. I am only recording this in case the number doesn’t go back down. I increased my calories because I can’t keep living on 1300-1400 calories a day. If I really do gain weight on 1500-1700 calories when I should still lose then I’m not quite sure what to do. Be content with being fat? Live on 1300 calories a day 6 days a week and then ‘splurge’ on 2000 for the 7th day? Guess I’ll worry about it later because science says I should still lose eating under 2000 a day. I’m considered ‘active’ by the criteria and there are only so many hours in a day and I have to work 10 of those already - I don’t have time to be more active.
