I feel like i'm loosing the plot....
I seem to cheat everyday these days... today a crunchie, yesterday i had butter biscuits, monday i had creamy mushroom soup - pizza roll (to distraught to list it).
Seriously feel like i'm sabotaging myself here.... aaarrgghhh
