Small gain but not bad. Starting tomorrow, I’m going back to recording what I eat. There are so many benefits to it. One draw back from this week of not recording my meals is I constantly felt uncertain about what I was eating. I kept wondering if I was eating too many carbs, not enough fat, or too many calories. I definitely prefer knowing for sure.

Good plan, logging your food is vital. I weigh (in grams) and record it all, the good, the bad and the ugly. That way it's obvious to me why I am succeeding and when I am not. Keep up the good work S_!
