One week without counting seems like an ETERNITY! This morning, hubby and I are back on our plan. Discipline. I thought it would be easy to get back on the plan, but it's hard to start up again. This is probably why I've always yo-yo'd.

After shopping over the weekend I've discovered that I'm a solid size 16. That being said, I'm making a skirt for the holiday parties and found that I actually measure out to a size 18+. What does that mean??? Is it really true that clothes makers are making bigger sizes to make us feel better? It's almost dissapointing.
