Zcrmlc__ mohon dibaca lgi y 😊 bukan masalah tmb BB ny itu saya tau pst tmbh. Pertanyaan saya kenapa tbuh saya mempertahankan BB lbih lama saat saya mkn dominan karbohidrat lbih dr 50% konsumsi makanan saya dlm 1 hari dibandingkn jika saya mkn karbo dibawah 50%? 😊
