@zieamozaki klo supaya gendut seringin minum susu aja kak tulang pasti jd lebih besar dan gendut nanti, trs makan yg sehat sm kaya diet tp dalam porsi byk, lakukan workout jg supaya gendutnya sehat bkn lemak, cmiiw
