I had that yesterday with lean chicken broth. Would have liked to use butter but I"m trying to cut out excess fat.

It’s 2 tbsp butter for this 1 pound of shrimp. It was split between 2 people for dinner. My husband had his over a pile of thin spaghetti and I had about 10 pasta pieces.
