Thanksgiving is over-not my best holiday to get through. Its over nonetheless. Time to focus on becoming a healthy person and staying that way. It's amazing how when I don't eat healthy food I can feel it in my body. That in itself is a reason to eat better. Here's to healthy holiday eating....gonna make that change this year.....out with the bad, in with the good.
