hasil nimbang hari ini. pertama kalinya ngeliat muscle mass nya ijo (walaupun diambang low wkwkw), apakah ini berkat chloe ting seminggu? aku mau target lulus defcal akhir oktober, selanjutnya aku mau fokus body recomposition.
