So, today I tried an egg fast. Thanks to one of my coworkers, she clued me in on this I have never heard of it. If you’re reading this and want to know about egg fast there’s a lot of information out there on Google. I will do it again tomorrow. I walked 9.5 miles today total, no gym. I’m eagerly anticipating tomorrow morning’s weigh in. 😁 I have to work a flight tomorrow, I’ve prepared 11 eggs and cheese snacks. Armed and ready!
