Another week without losing. This is frustrating...
I am working out a lot. I have been going to bodypump more and more becuase it is supposed to help tone me up.
I understand that weight loose gets tougher as we get older but the difference between how I lost weight at and 15 and no 25 is huge. Ugh...
This week's challange is more plean protein, less bad carbs.
