Kalorinya cukup gede sih tapi it's oke kalo gk di makan semua😀
Bahan : 2btr telur, 4 sdm oatmeal, 1batang daun bawang, 1buah wortel uk kecil, kaldu jamur, lada bubuk & air secukupnya.
Oatmeal nya aku blender dulu biar halus, terus di kocok sama semua bahan kasih air dikit2 biar gk terlalu kentel, terus tinggal di panggang di teplon kasih minyak 1sdm baru di gulung deh.
Enak + ngenyanging banget kata aku mah😂
