Ive being doing very well with my clean Keto and sticking with it. Welllll today must be a cheat day because the business next to my office bought our entire office Bojangles for lunch!! I'm calling it fate and enjoying it! lol No big deal. Just a carb reset day is all. Nothing a little fast wont fix. Hope everyone has a great day!!
