I have no idea how many calories I ate yesterday but it was a lot. Two days in a row - the day before I had a bbq dinner (full meal with pie) at a friends- yesterday I got a huge gyro and ate almost all of it - would have eaten all of it but there was enough meat for 3 and I ran out of pita - Followed by 4 (mini) ice cream sandwiches. As an excuse I’ve been hungry, and even starting to feel bouts of weakness, so I need more calories. Back on the diet today but moving the calorie goal to ‘slowly lose weight’ until I don’t feel so hungry.
