I've made oat pancakes before how do you add the apples to this crushed, apple sauce etc.

Recipe 😘
1/3 cup oats
1 apple
1 egg
Optional honey and cinnamon to taste
Chop apple (skin doesn’t matter) and place in microwave for 2 min
Then put all ingredients in blender and blend till thick and smooth
Use a nonstick pan and spread thin into circles cook on both sides
Top with some sunflower butter and honey
