Feeling eggy this morning! 3 egg scramble with chives and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.

perfect eggs. my poor wife always makes them with the brown skin. ugh. can't walk away and forget them. gotta love her.

One.point.O My husband makes them with brown also. I don’t like brown skin either. It’s nice they try for us!

We've gotten so pressed for time lately we scrabble and pour over cheese and bacon/turkey sausage and bake in muffin tins. Warm them up next day. Super easy. Lol.

Microwave. Usually for time. My 3 year old kills 6 at a time.
