@Puspa harus mau latihan beban kombinasi cardio. Makan juga, defkal diatur di minus 500 sd 650kCal per hari. Komposisi makanan: carb 40% + protein 40% + fat (good fat) 20%. Dan harus tahan minimal 3 bulan Kak...
