Well, 2 lbs since Tuesday ain't too bad. I have been staying on track, just a few nibbles here and there of foods I should probably avoid, but I left it at that.

Try this when you're not feeling great about a small weight loss. Take out a stick of butter or margarine for every 1/4 pound you've lost. Now imagine that(those) stick(s) of butter attached to your butt, tummy, arms, etc. All of a sudden even 1/4 of a pound feels great!

I think 2 lbs is great!! I'd love to lose that every week or every other week!! In a year, just a 1lb loss every week amounts to 52lbs!!! That's incredible - and you are DOUBLE that!!
