Yesterday was another bday celebration with my coworkers. I tried to get soup but ended up ordering one with pasta in it. Oops. And I tried to get a flatbread pizza with tomato, basil, and parmesean cheese... well needless to say it was flatbread with a little bit of other ingredients. I did a double workout of zumba last night. I did the zumba live dvd and the flat abs. It was quite the workout!
