telor 1
tauge 60gr
pakcoy 30gr
wortel 30gr iris korek api
daun bawang
bumbu :
baput, bamer, garam, totole, saus tiram 1 sdm, kecap organik 1sdm, olive oil 1sdm, cabe
cara masak :
- masukan telor dan nasi ke dalam mangkok aduk rata
- panaskn teflon, masuk olive oil, bamer, baput, cabe. oseng2 hingga harum, tiriskn, atau pinggirin dulu
- masukan nasi dan telor yg sdh tercampur oseng2 sampe tekstur mrewul (apalah aku gk paham bahasane🙉)
- masukkan sayurnya semua sampe layu
- masukan kecap, saus tiram, garam, totole
- aduk sampe matang
- siap dihidangkan
- mantul
