it's all good...just move past it and stay the course. your bro cooked pizza for dinner last night but instead of denying myself i ate it. it may have been too much fat carbs and cals but i did good the rest of the day and didn't binge out like i normally would. like okay i ate pizza so i might as well eat a tub of ben and jerrys icecream!
