Feels like it's been ages since I stepped on the scale and thought "PLEASE BE 190". Thankfully, it was only 190 this morning. I did pretty well last week after my cholesterol awareness, but this weekend, slowly, I faulted. This week I haven't much cared about cholesterol or fat, but I'm constantly reminded of my 10 pound weight gain by the jelly rolls bulging over my belt and sticking out through my pajamas. I woke up early this morning and went to the gym, walked/ran/walked for 30 minutes. Then I blew it at lunch with Zaxby's. I knew without knowing that the chicken finger dinner was 1,000+ calories, and I was right. Something has to CHANGE KRISTY!!!
