Ate a lot of protein yesterday. Whoa! Stomach looked like protein baby was five months along - ha! Very difficult to consistently record food because I’m traveling again (work). BUT I did well, down more than a pound. Heavy protein days always help. Tomorrow will be the last weigh in until Tuesday.
