Broke down and over ate... not having lunch and then taking mom to a Dr. appt and a drive afterward so she could see some fall color.. wasn’t a smart idea. Overtaken with KFC. Will make better choices tomorrow. And it could’ve been worse.... but it wasn’t great. I’m close to 1900 cal and I know for a fact it doesn’t help I’ve been using heavier weight resistance as my shoulder and arm and back muscles ache this week. I know I’m getting more tone and a minor setback will not detour me. Tomorrow’s meals are already planned..... have a lovely weekend.
