My workouts are about an hour long, so I decided to avoid bad habits of grabbing junk food post workout. I made meatloaf with lean hamburger and veggies. It takes an hour to cook. I could smell it while I worked out. Ahhhh! Getting ready to take it out of the oven and enjoy a healthy lunch instead of stupidity.

Sounds yummy!!! I have a great new protein powder that I drink before I go to the gym. That helps with my lunchtime munchies!
