一早上完廁所量的體重...🥳🥳🥳加油(10月看到5字頭)

還是保持原則:起床溫開水350/晚餐芭樂或蘋果或大番茄或水煮蔬菜/中餐澱粉微量不餓就芭樂大番茄蘋果代替/早餐吃想吃的吃飽飽/下午一點半不吃澱粉類/21:30上床睡覺保持正常代謝....加油💪🏿

對了,3天泡一次澡聽說代謝好皮膚也會漂亮幫助減重.不知道真假但我一直有在實行喔
