Ok so I joined the "100 Crunches Everyday" Challenge, and the week before it started I was doing them pretty regular. But now I'm failing miserably! With the kidney thing and the wisdom teeth I just don't feel like exercising. But I decided today that I'm going to try and at least do Some of the crunches. Even if I only do 10 a day it's better than zero, and maybe the few crunches I do will inspire me to do a few more. Before I know it I could be back to doing 100 a day. So no more excuses! I'm back on the bandwagon, starting today!
