wooww turun 0.6 kg.. kok iso ya tumben cepet bgt turun nya.. padahal mkn nasi ttp 2x sehari.. sarapan sama cemilan sore.. Alhamdulillah biar lbh semangat lagi.. 3 kg lagi yuhu...
