I am very disappointed. For some reason my mental state is distracted and I can't seem to stay focused or motivated. Not with work or with my eating and fitness goals. Very frustrating. Overate on sweets again today. Not happy with myself.

Thanks, i know it will pass, but it is frustrating when it happens. I will do well in doing other things besides eating through a mood... and then i regress and turn back to the old habit again.

Sunny, I do that too, and then I could just bang my head against a wall for self sabotaging. All we can do is pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and step back on the path. AND, strive to do better. The wonderful support of FS members helps me stay on track. You CAN do this! 🌈💛🌈

I am finding these few days hard as I am trying to finish up taxes - I hate it, I can’t wait to get this over with. I forgot to eat Sunday realized it on Monday than I overate. 😢 Lets try to focus today and get back on track and not further derail ourselves. I plan on drinking lots of water today and trying to walk a little bit more than I usually do. Good luck today - do your best - I will too.😊👍🌸
