Taking a break from tracking food & exercise- Just trying to eat sensibly, stay active and not gain weight back. So far I'm happy with the result. I'm going for a "skinny day" today and tomorrow because I'm over 140.
63.6 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
