Today is day 10 of the 12 day smoothie detox ... the end is near lol.
Next week I’m on vacation and will be eating out all the time, so expect that I’ll regain some. But I’m gonna redo this detox after vacation to undo any damage :)

Good drop and I know what you mean I just got off the 7 day cabbage diet I am so happy and just a suggestion keep logging your food while on vacation so you want fall behind so there is no damage you are doing a great job stay motivated

Yes I’ll keep logging as best I can for sure. I know there’s gonna be an increase so I’m prepared, and feeling okay about it since I have my plan in place for after vacay.
