Aku diet defisit kalori. BMR aku di 1200 an untuk maintanance BB akubbisa makan di 1800-1900 kalori. Jadi aku makan di 1400-1500 kalori perhari. Work out seminggu 5 kali. Kalo lagi gak banyak kerjaan work out 6 kali seminggu.

Kadang ikutin work out pamela reif juga.
