1.1lb this week. Seriously glad it’s not at a standstill it’s been a tough week. I’m rejoicing the weekend. Spending time with my sweet dog. Have a new scale. Added water ankle weights last week a few sessions.was a little under the weather the last few days. At my nutrition appointment my temp was fine, and haven’t felt feverish since Wednesday. Still rundown and tired.. time for coffee. Have a wonderful weekend.
