My whole family loves it baked then mixed with butter, salt, pepper and parmesan. Top with those low fat frozen meatballs and marinara. YUM!! Or a lovely side dish with any grilled meat.
I don't try to pretend it's pasta. I serve it in all it's glory as the beautiful, delicious squash it is. Enjoy!!

I've made it in the past as "Chow Mein/Lo Mein" and as Pad Thai -pretty good and a different flavor.

I really enjoyed it with spag sauce and also with enchilada sauce. Overall, it is a good background food that you can "dress up".

I also make it as a shrimp scampi in place of linguine. So you cook your shrimp scampi separately you bake your spaghetti squash separately and then you remove the spaghetti squash and add it to the scampi it’s delicious and add Parmesan cheese on top, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Enjoy

spaghetti squash pizza. pat the squash on a small baking pan like you would regular crust .I always made mine in a toaster oven set on broil, so toasting until you can see it starting to brown. remove and top with whatever you are wanting to add. then put in back in the oven using broil setting and heat until cheese is done to whichever consistence you want.

plain with a dash of Celtic or Himalayan sea salt, pepper and maybe some freshly squeezed lemon juice.
But of course it all depends on your standards and goals.

I like to bake it, add diced cooked chicken, broccoli and parm cheese. Bake again till cheese is melted. Super yummy!🥦
