Yesterday I ate like calories didn’t matter. Spaghetti, pizza, chocolate cake (Though a small slice), 3 snack pack pudding cups with reddi whip followed by 1/2 box of chocolate pudding (though with almond milk) with lots of reddi whip - yes, I really really like pudding. And today the scale is down 2 pounds. I’m not going to document it because I hate having the number go up and then taking weeks or more to get back down but that 134.2 sure looked good. I’d thought I’d just stay at 136.4 for a few weeks or so - I believe in taking breaks from losing if I don’t hit a plateau to give my skin a chance to firm up - but now I’ve decided that under 135 is where I’m going to ‘rest’.
