Kwetiau shirataki 50grm (rebus hingga empuk seperti kwetiau)
-olive oil 1 sdm untuk menumis bumbu
- 1 sdm kecap tropikanaslim
-toping nya brokoli 50grm, kol 50grm telur 1 butir , sosis kanzler yg kecil 2 biji
-bumbunya yg di haluskan bawang putih 3 siung bawang merah 3 siung,kemiri 2 butir kecil, cabe merah atau cabe rawit sesuai selera semua di blender dan di tumis pake olive oil,setelah itu masukan toping sampai layu baru masukan telur aduk rata dan masukin mie, tambahkan garam dan kaldu jamur dan kecap tropicana slim.
