Dineke11, I fast usually once a week for anywhere between 24 and 48hrs. I make sure to top out my calories before I start. I try to start at night so the first 9 hrs I'm sleeping lol. I drink about 100oz of water a day. I allow myself black coffee with splenda and I also drink green matcha tea when I get hunger pangs. The green tea is excellent for me to deal with hunger. Also hunger comes in waves. For an hour I'll be starving, then it will pass and I'm fine. When I break my fast I have a very fatty meal. Like eggs and bacon with avacado and cottage cheese. I avoid carbs at all cost. When I get to a plateau and stop losing weight, I eat carbs for a whole week then start keto over. So far I've lost 48lbs!!😊 My advice is to research alot and figure out what works best for you!!
