I really want to lose 8 more pounds. It is pretty hard. Afterall, my eating habits are quite balanced as i am living at home with my parents. When i get back to my dormitory, I will have to work out on the elliptical machine and weights. Mocks and IB finals are coming up and it is hard to NOT eat.I guess having a healthy diet with moderate excercise 3 times a week might help me shed those pounds in 3 to 4 months. I have to stop with the processed foods like cookies, cakes and chocolate.. They are so good to indulge in. ><
Going to start doing yoga every night and ofcourse. dance =)
