gesty : sesuai kn ajja diantara tdee sma bmr kakak,,,klo tdee'y diatas 2000 bsa cut ampe 500,,tapi klo kurang dari 2000 bsa cut 200-300,, ato bsa mkan bmr+100...misal kaka bmr'y 1300 bsa mkan diantara 1400-1500
