I lost another pound since yesterday..I am thinking it might be somehow related to the cold (50 degrees below normal here the last few days), but it could also be that I have stayed so busy, getting ready for Thanksgiving and a bunch of other stuff.....and I have been too tired to really over-stuff my face. Also, me and my DH walked a couple of miles after work on Monday.
I will be awol from here until Monday, so I want to wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving!
Despite all the stresses lately, I am feeling very thankful for my wonderful, supportive husband, my family, the foster children who have been in our home this past year, my dogs and my cat...the fact that the cat is okay after his ordeal last week, our home, and of course, that I have had the motivation, the drive, the discipline and the energy to lose the weight I have lost so far.
I ended up making my 216 by Thanksgiving goal after all.......and I am now Class I obese......30 more lbs and I am just 'overweight'.
