Oh no! Have done something to my hip while doing my seven one minute easy exercises. It’s given me a sleepless night, even with cocodamols. Feeling exceedingly sorry for myself! Luckily I can have a day of rest today - I don’t feel I can trust it to keep me standing up!

Thank you so much everyone! I suddenly got better. So strange! One minute I was in misery and couldn’t do a thing and the painkillers weren’t touching it... then I did fall asleep, and then when I woke up it was completely better. How did that happen? Did one of you do remote reiki? Or was it all these support hearts? Anyway. I am better! Thankyou! Xxxxxx
