I’m incredibly happy to be considered a healthy weight. I started 4 months ago at 185.2lbs and have lost just a bit over 30lbs. I am tracking using my fitness pal, but I don’t feel deprived. I’m eating a variety of food, but really quit over eating.
I would like to lose 10-15 more pounds to create a buffer but to be honest, I’m happy at 154! Both my parents are morbidly obese and my brother is morbidly obese. I see the difficulties and I want to be healthier.
I also want to survive covid19 if I get it. For me, taking off that extra weight was one thing I could control.
