jangan ditiru. hri ni malas bgt makn, alhasil kalori dibawah BMR. waktunya tidur perut bergejolak, perih minta ampun, alhasil malah g bisa tidur. akhirnya mau g mau kudu diganjel.. kapok dahh... gak mau gni2 lagi..
