I want to wish all my buddies and others happy holidays.
I really miss coming on site, but I can't seem to handle NOT dieting, and still coming here to offer support and just "be." My weight is up there, and I am not willing to rough it out lately so I guess I feel I don't belong here.....oh well, I miss all the conversations so if it's ok, I'll drop in and maybe some of "it" will rub off!!!!! I've read your journals and find everyone is well and I'm glad for that.......

hey.............YOU NEED TO BE HERE, i am not doing well either, but, i would be IN ROUGH SHOPE IF I DID NOT COME HERE EVERYDAY!!!!
A few times a day, saves me from alot of bad things, really it does.STAY HERE, don't go, and it will be okay!!!! Have a happy new year
