@riistiqomah hehe iya, sumber protein utamaku di putih telur (beli di tukang kue) ama dada ayam. Protein shake aku minum cuma karena kalau pagi ga bisa makan makanan berat. Ama harus diimbangin minum yang banyak juga ini...
